The procedures manual on Eligibility, Candidacy, and Initial
Accreditation entitled How to Become Accredited has been
published in conjunction with the Handbook of Accreditation
2001. Please take particular note of the guidelines on the
types of documentation that should accompany an application for
accreditation (pp. 6-8).

Reaffirmation
Institutions
