Sample Institutional Portfolios on Accreditation

Brigham Young University - Hawaii.  Brigham Young University - Hawaii has created a comprehensive online resource for the accreditation process that allows individuals to review each aspect of the accreditation process including timelines, proposals, faculty involvement and departmental reviews.   https://apps.byuh.edu/apps/pirat/Accreditation/.

CSU, Fullerton.  This portfolio provides information related to CSU, Fullerton's self-study, which was divided into two phases.    The portfolio includes program performance reviews, surveys to faculty and students and other helpful information to consider during the self-review process.  The WASC visiting team report is also included in the portfolio. http://www.fullerton.edu/wasc/Default.asp

CSU, Sacramento.  This portfolio provides CSU, Sacramento with a living history of the development of its WASC process and provides a roadmap for future work.  It also serves as a communication tool for the campus on the development of the WASC review and provides links to other university accreditation portfolios. http://www.oir.csus.edu/WASC/Resources/Default.cfm

CSU, San Bernardino.  This portfolio contains information on CSU, San Bernardino's self-study, preparatory review report, and educational effectiveness report. http://wasc.csusb.edu/sstudy/

Point Loma Nazarene University.   Point Loma Nazarene University's online portfolio brings the perspective of a private, faith based institution to the accreditation process.  This site contains institutional resources used in the accreditation process as well as WASC resources used by the University in the accreditation process. www.pointloma.edu/accreditation

UC, Berkeley.   Berkeley's accreditation web site makes available all of the key documents and data sources related to its institutional accreditation efforts.  It was designed to encourage the broadest possible participation in the accreditation self-studies and in the dissemination of their results.  This site also includes Berkeley's Prepatory Review Report.  Access to some of the online databases included in the web-based presentation is restricted to the Berkeley.edu domain.  http://education.berkeley.edu/accreditation/
