Complaint Process

Complaints Against WASC

Individuals may file complaints against the Commission, staff, or other agency representatives on matters on which they believe they have been personally aggrieved. Such individual may submit a written complaint to the Chair of the Commission. The Chair shall designate one or more persons to review the complaint. Such complaints should be addressed to “Commission Chair” at the WASC office address. The complaint should state the matter over which the individual claims to have been aggrieved. Concern that a Commission action was not in accordance with the complainant’s desires is not in and of itself cause for review of the complaint.
