2017 Annual Report Orientation Webinars

This year the WSCUC reporting portal will be open from May 1 - May 31, 2017. All eligible, candidate and accredited institutions are required to update and submit annual report information during this time period. Click here to download a complete listing of the 2017 reporting elements.

ALOs will receive complete login instructions via email during the last week of April.

 

New for 2017

Non-degree programs:  In Summer 2016, WSCUC adjusted its definition of an educational program to be: a program of courses carrying academic credit leading to a credential (degree, diploma, certificate, etc.) Each institution will continue to determine its procedures for the awarding of academic credit and which courses or programs carry academic credit. Non-degree programs that do not award academic credit are not included in this definition or in any notification or approval process.

If you responded to the request sent last fall to supply WSCUC with a listing of all non-degree programs, these will be pre-loaded in the annual report.  You will need to verify them, and add the location for each.  If you did not supply the non-degree information you may still do so until February 28, 2017. If you do not supply that information by February 28, you will be required to enter each of those programs in the annual report.  If you have questions regarding non-degree programs and reporting requirements, please contact John Hausaman, Director of Substantive Change and Committee Relations (jhausaman [at] wascsenior.org).
